I needed an urgent repair (broken window glass) with no time to gather estimates or do a lot of research so after seeing awful reviews for the dealership collision center, I went for a place with good reviews and the reviews were totally accurate. Oldest to Newest is great! I’m a young woman with no idea how much auto body repair should cost. I’ve been ripped off before getting other work done on my car. As soon as I got in to Oldest to Newest, I really felt taken care of and respected. It’s certain that they really care about their customers and care about their reputation. Mark was really attentive about the repairs and interested in making sure I understood the costs. He explained the costs to me and when I couldn’t get the most expensive repair done, he totally understood - no pushing, just understanding. They are really nice, quality people running a quality business. On top of the door glass and another repair, they mixed up paint and covered up another patch of damage to protect it and touched up other dings on my car - for free! “WHAT a TEAM :) Oldest to Newest was a repair shop beyond my expectations. My 2004 CR-V had undergone some major repairs in SC after an accident. Upon returning home to MD, the car had begun to show some failures in the repairs. With my amazing auto insurance (shout out to ALLSTATE !) they recommended Oldest to Newest (a certified shop in the Good Hands Network) and quickly began the process to fix the problem (at no charge) in addition to finding some faults in the original repairs. I needed the car in 3 days if remotely possible AND IT WAS ALL DONE- FLAWLESS! “Albeit a small repair to replace my bumper and trim upon a rear-end collision. I was thoroughly impressed with the matching of the paint color. They even took it upon themselves to use the extra paint to touch up a couple of scrapes on the front-end, at no extra cost!! The Oldest to Newest staff were courteous, friendly, professional and cleaned my car so well, I hardly noticed it was mine. They were not part of the particular insurance company’s 'preferred' shops but, after being referred by a friend ... I will NEVER go anywhere else for body work! “I very rarely write reviews but these people did a fabulous job on my car for a reasonable price. I went to them based on what other reviewers had to say and sure enough they were great! They also seem to have a good grasp of customer relations and seem to be aware of little yet subtle ways to win the customer over. Just to quote my example a free car wash and little touch-up on another scratch on my car (which I didn’t ask them to fix), hardly costed them anything but put an instant smile on my face the moment I saw my car.
